In Device Manager under “Sound, video and game controllers”s it is listed as USB Audio device with no problem and with driver from Microsoft version 6. Maybe we should worry about other things. My USB microphone is working perfectly. I guess I’ve not place it correctly. Rocketfish does not supply driver. This isn’t a solution but I thought you’d appreciate knowing that you are not alone.

I gather “Rocketfish” is a brand. The issue that I was asking about is with Unspecified Device in “Devices and Printers” where the microphone is detected under “Unspecified” as AK that would indicate Logitech product, that I don’t have in fact it is Model: It’s just since I do know micorphone this device should be specified as, I’d like to change xk5370.

You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer microphhone number. So the question remains: Is it possible to have Windows 7 recognize it correctly as such?
