I found some workarounds online, but the one that “worked” actually installed the printer locally on the workstations.

You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is but official Microsoft global customer service number. Sorry this didn’t help.

But I think the problem lies in the fact that the name changes in all of the different OS’s: I found some workarounds online, but the one that “worked” actually installed the printer locally on the workstations.

Could this be the problem? One thing I’ve noticed is that the name of this printer driver is differtent in a 32 and bit Win7. Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. Hey Cameron O, Thanks again and yes, of course, and it should be a piece of cake seen I manage to do this for all other printers like 7 or so except for this one well two actually.
