You can add an external flash, but Kodak does not sell one more on this later. Its rich set of features are more than mere marketing hype too, as the DX held up very well throughout my testing, delivering excellent photos under a wide range of conditions.
Overall color looks good, although the slight overexposure decreases saturation. The camera moves between photos instantly. Four meg might not seem like much but the optics are outstanding and more than make up for the low meg count. This little camera has so many different lens addons that can be kpdak seperately, that it truly does feel like a professional SLR camera. Its exposure system spans a range of control from fully automatic to fully manual, and an external flash sync connector permits use with external flash units or even studio strobes.
Write-protects the displayed image, preventing it from being accidentally erased or manipulated except via memory or card formatting. Resolution is high, as the tree limbs and shrubbery show a lot eaasyshare fine detail.
