The issue description is bit confusing, please reply us with the screen shot of windows explorer which contains unidentified networks. So I cannot open the executable and find the inf file.

However, in the usual scenario, it might be another device connected to the same network. I also had alien phones appearing under ‘phones’. Unclaimed simply means the card has not been associated with a driver. Moving was a bit of a drastic way to get rid of it, but it worked!
